My Four Point Platform

Fight for Property Tax Freeze

I will fight to freeze property tax rates for at least four years, ensuring responsible municipal spending that protects homeowners, seniors, and families from steep tax increases.

I will also champion a Value for Spending Report Card to provide full transparency on how tax dollars are used.

City Hall must be accountable and focused on core services that improve residents' quality of life while keeping costs in check.

Cleanup & Develop former GM Site

I will push for the cleanup of the former GM facility on Ontario Street, eliminating a potential health risk and unlocking 56 acres for much-needed housing.

This requires strong leadership that can negotiate with provincial and federal partners to turn an environmental eyesore into an opportunity for homeownership and community growth.

Tackle Homelessness

I will work with the Region to develop alternative housing solutions that address homelessness while preserving community safety.

St. Catharines must receive its fair share of provincial funding to support local programs, ensuring resources are allocated based on need and delivered through the Homelessness Hub to provide real, lasting solutions.

Protecting Port Dalhousie: Better Services, Parking, and Preservation

Port Dalhousie deserves fair treatment when it comes to snow clearing, parking solutions, and heritage preservation.

I will push for a winter maintenance plan that meets taxpayer expectations, address parking challenges to support both residents and tourism, and ensure the historic charm of the Port is protected for future generations.
